As a SCRUM team member, you assure the quality of our innovative cloud solutions, based on so-called user stories, you interpret the product specifications and develop comprehensive test design/plan to perform functional and load testing. You are also involved in the design and maintenance of the automation framework for application functional and regression testing. You work together with other teams to deliver goals and objectives with high quality to our customer.

The HR & Payroll Development team is known for its creativity and innovative power, which enables it to translate the high demands of customers and the market into an easy-to-use web application with an attractive visual appearance. We consist of SCRUM teams, together with our product managers, responsible for developing the application.
Role Overview: As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our solutions in all aspects of product development and delivery.

Your primary role as Quality Engineer is to:
To lead the development of test automation framework
To develop and maintain test and automation strategy.
You are to prepare technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed automation solutions.
You will work collaboratively with other team members and provide guidance and coaching to other team members on the automated test.

We also rely on you as a Quality Engineer to:

Collaborate with SCRUM teams and product owner to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Utilize Azure Dev Ops for efficient collaboration and code management.
Demonstrate responsibility and ownership in all tasks.
Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You will provide coaching and training to more junior team members.

This = What you bring
We welcome candidates with:

A degree or equivalent in computer science/information technology or business studies.
You should have extensive experience in testing Windows and web applications, mobile apps, and APIs.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software automation testing.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops is required.
Taking responsibility and ownership.
Effective communication skills and certification ISTQB is preferred.
