What will you do?

• Provide pro-active advice to (senior) management including Executive Committee members on all people matters
• Ensure efficient support in recruitment, performance management and talent management.
• Advise on solutions to the business on employee retention, conflict resolution, compensation, promotion, policy compliance, employment law, and separations while using HR data and analytics.
• Establish and manage ongoing strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and with external suppliers.
• Lead bank-wide HR projects

• Master’s degree in e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Law
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and written
• 10+ years of working experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enthusiastic and flexible teamplayer
• Informal leader
• Self-starting, hands-on approach, good organization skills
