Technical Support Engineer (Remote Support)

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who works for Netherlands, reporting to our office in Hoofddorp.
Your meaningful purpose
You will be responsible for designing and supporting product solutions, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining safety compliance, and consistently growing through continuous learning opportunities.
What will you do?
- Support Customers: Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Design and Support Product Solutions: Consult and guide customers to design and use the most fitting technical solutions.
- Ensure timely Deliveries: Ensure solutions are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and rules without exceptions.
- Maintain Records: Keep the CRM updated with the latest client interactions and updates.
- Continuously develop yourself: Pursue regular training and continuous learning opportunities.
- Language Proficiency: You are proficient in Dutch and English.
- Relevant Background: You hold a degree in Electro or Mechanical Engineering, or have proven experience in a similar role.
- Digital Savviness: You have a natural affinity for digital tools and platforms.
