Cardiac Sonographer - Trainee

• Perform supervised transthoracic cardiac ultrasound examinations and assist with transoesophageal procedures.
• Support both inpatient and outpatient services, addressing acute needs in ED, ICU, and theatre.
• Collaborate with diagnostic teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in our outreach clinics in the community.

• Enrolment in or willingness to pursue a post graduate diploma in cardiac ultrasound at Auckland University.
• Have the ability to register as a Trainee cardiac sonographer with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologist Board (MRTB) .;
• A passion for cardiac health and patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
