Join our team at Findex as a Client Services Coordinator and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
What will your typical week look like?
- Ensure exceptional service delivery through effective communication with Consultants, partners, staff and clients.
- Handle invoice queries and Jira tickets, and prepare monthly fees and invoices for clients.
- Oversee inbox administration, document management, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
- Setting up boardrooms for client meetings and training, assisting with ordering catering and client requests
- Providing support to the HRHS Partner and CS Team as required
- Drafting documents such as letters of engagement, certificates, as required for consultants as well as sending and reviewing transcripts.
