About the Internship:
- Gain hands-on experience in the dynamic beauty industry, working directly with our Pharmacy and Farmers sales teams.
- Take charge of impactful projects that support the growth and strategy of our key pharmacy and retail partners.
- Develop your data analysis skills using Excel to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration & Networking: Collaborate closely with various teams within L'Oréal, including sales, marketing, and education, building a strong professional network.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, fostering your professional growth within a global beauty leader.
- Deepen your understanding of the beauty industry, L'Oréal's diverse brand portfolio, and the specific dynamics of pharmacy and retail channels.
- Experience the excitement of working in a results-driven environment where innovation and collaboration are highly valued.
- Availability for an immediate start – this is a 12 month, full time internship
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Highly organised and ability to manage deadlines.
- Confident to network and collaborate with diverse individuals.
- An open mindset and agility to embrace risks and resilience to navigate uncertainty.
- Strong focus on data and comfortable working in Excel
