Opportunity to learn and grow in this position supporting a wide range of functions in our Organisational Development directorate.

Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role:

Become the go to person for coordination, supporting the National Manager and the wide range of functions within our Organisational Development directorate including Diversity, & Inclusion, Leadership Development, Talent & Succession Management, Employee Engagement, Flexible Working, Performance Management, and Engagement Surveys. You will also provide support on other organisational development initiatives and projects.

This is a fixed term position until 21 April 2025.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills, be a highly engaged self-starter, detail oriented and enjoy a fast-paced environment. It would be an advantage to have experience preparing invoices and coding expenses. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will have:

• Prior experience in people, culture, or the organisational development space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
• Ability to adapt to coordinate and manage competing priorities
• Great relationship skills

The salary range for this role is $64,173 -$71,303 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
