We are looking for a manager to run our growing 24/7 car rental, valet parking with airport lounge & dining experience. You will be working from a luxury hotel and have responsibility for all operations, fleet management/maintenance, valet vehicle movements and staffing. You will demonstrate exceptional customer focus and be a key point of contact for customers and team members.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to roll your sleeves up to get the job done. You will have to help in grooming, moving vehicles and be at the front desk serving customers.
Specific Duties:
Ensure excellent levels of customer service. Build strong relationships with customers. Build your team from the ground up and create a supportive and motivating environment for your team to learn and develop their skills and knowledge, whilst clearly understanding their role and accountabilities. Maintain a level of location standards that adhere to company expectations and procedures. Create rosters and manage wage costs. Carry out weekly site audits of vehicles. Ensure vehicles are road worthy and manage all maintenance costs. Ensure staff adheres to occupational health and safety regulations. Manage customer airport shuttle service
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience within the car rental, parking or hospitality industry is essential. Previous experience in a management role within customer service industry. Exceptional problem solving through to resolution. Decision-making skills. A confident communicator. A friendly and positive can-do attitude. Well-groomed. Experience managing people. Strong knowledge in Health & Safety, Full clean NZ Drivers Licence - must be able to drive a manual vehicle, Knowledge of RCM or other reservation management software.
Benefits:
Pay Rate: $29.66-30.00 p/h with a minimum 30 hours per week.
Hours of Work:
To cover a 365 day operation you will be expected to work a roster to accommodate booking volumes.

Must have a clean criminal record and have no history of dishonesty.
