What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
In this dynamic role, you'll provide critical support to our Transport Policy & Advocacy team, managing executive tasks, office operations, and coordinating travel. Additionally, you'll lead the logistics for our annual NZAA conference, a key event that sets this role apart from typical EA positions.

Provide executive assistance and office management for the Transport Policy & Advocacy team.
Manage travel bookings and coordinate meetings for the team.
Oversee logistical arrangements for the annual NZAA conference.
Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient office environment.
Handle financial administration and support the Procurement Centre of Excellence.

About You | Mōu

3-5 years' experience in conference & events management.
Skilled in providing executive support and office management.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Board Pro.
