Te Tūranga | The role:
We currently have a rare opportunity to join our executive support team based at ASB North Wharf in Wynyard Quarter. In this pivotal role you will provide executive support to the EGM of Business Banking, encompassing a variety of teams such as rural banking, marketing, product and risk. This is an exciting role for a highly motivated EA with proven experience in a similarly challenging role.

Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?

This varied role encompasses all aspects of EA and administration support at an executive level. Combined with a well-developed ability to exercise sound judgement you will have exceptional business communications skills, take pride in your work, and thrive on assuming responsibility. Key in this role is prioritisation and time-management, as well as absolute confidentiality and discretion. We require strong organisational skills to coordinate reporting and management deliverables as well as confidence and professionalism in liaising with stakeholders at various levels. Your proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite will help to facilitate the creation of key documents and presentations.
