What you will be doing

As the Product Manager for Travel & Pet insurance, you will report to our Head of Product and play a crucial role in developing attractive, innovative, and profitable insurance products that align with our risk appetite.
A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.
Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure customers receive superior service and value.

• Utilise market research, competitor analysis and customer feedback to develop and improve current products (like travel and pet insurance products)

• Lead implementation of product initiatives working with colleagues from digital, finance, marketing, sales and external organisations.

What You'll Need
The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for innovation, excellent collaboration skills, and a keen interest in developing cutting-edge insurance products.
To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following:

• 3+ years travel insurance industry experience with some experience in product management preferable but not required.

• A track record of playing a key role implementing new customer facing initiatives

• Comfortable interpreting general insurance policies. Understand the intent behind policy wordings

• Experience driving initiatives that involve coordinating work from multiple teams
