Learning Administrator- Assessment Centre

Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are looking for a new Learning Administrator within the Assessment Centre of our Learning Delivery directorate.
Learning Administrators work in an Administration team within the Assessment Centre providing timely and effective administrative support. There are generic components to the role including programme delivery administration, support to Learning Delivery; and individualised responsibilities for assessment workflow management. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months to cover parental leave.

Our ideal candidate will have relevant administrative work experience as well as:
- Ability to work with and support team members in a collegial, constructive manner and develop good working relationships
- Well-defined oral and written communication skills
- High level of digital competence with enterprise systems and Microsoft suite including Share Point Online, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Planning and organising skills, including ability to maintain performance when under pressure, and appropriate prioritising of work for self and others
- Ability to proactively anticipate situations, create opportunities or avoid issues, and to demonstrate personal initiative and action orientation
- Experience in defining and documenting procedures to address administrative requirements
- Professional focus, with a commitment to quality, accuracy and detail
- A high level of judgment, flexibility, self-motivation and responsiveness
