Our COO Capability function is evolving to enhance our capability eco-system including governance, strategy, and technology, while also improving our Learning & Development offerings. We are transitioning to a Strategic Capability Development model that focus on business problems to solve and deliver a consistency in capability building across COO.
About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi
As the Learning Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to identify their capability needs and develop effective learning solutions. This role focus on functional and technical learning within COO, delivering design, development, and implementation of learning initiatives whilst ensuring adherence to best practices in learning techniques. We have 3 roles available nationwide.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Support business strategies with necessary capability strategy development
- Collaborate with P&C business partners and business owners
- Develop comprehensive learning solutions
- Work agilely on programs and initiatives
- Integrate capability solutions into business operations
- Ensure pastoral care in learning programs
- Support strategic people outcomes
To excel in this role, you should be an effective coach and partner with a strong passion for Learning & Development. You will possess a commercial mindset and a natural ability to evaluate opportunities. Adaptability and proficiency in design thinking are essential.
- Experience in Learning & Development, coaching, and partnering with business leaders.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
