We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Maintenance Fitter Apprentice here at SPM Malvern. This challenging role will provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow as you support our Trades team in the maintenance of site machinery and equipment, which also includes hands-on repairs, project design and project administration.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key requirements for the role:
- Be a real team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work on a rotating shift structure and be available for call-outs including some weekends
- Reasonable level of academic success
- A desire to work within the food/manufacturing industry
- Physically fit
- Strong organisational skills which complement the need to manage a variety of priorities and demands ensuring that you hit targets and deadlines
