Marketing Manager - New Zealand

As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our global team to localise and optimise the performance of marketing activity they carry out on our behalf, as well as executing local activities across a range of channels including PR, social media and events. You will work with stakeholders across Binance Australia & New Zealand and globally, as well as with a number of external suppliers locally.
Responsibilities
- Campaigns execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration, and tracking results of campaigns. Likely to include PR, events, social media
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Sensitive towards user’s needs and experience on the Binance platform, able to innovate new ways to improve user experience/interaction/perception of the brand in a local context
- A sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy and strong communication ability
- Work with a global & regional performance team to maximise outcomes of global marketing activity for Binance New Zealand. This will include: Tracking and optimising performance (conversion rates, cost per acquisition) of acquisition marketing activity; Localising messaging to improve relevance and performance
- Gather best practice and global input to assist with activities e.g. PR, sponsorship, events
- Organisational Capability: Contribute to Binance New Zealand's position as a thought leader in the New Zealand & Global digital exchange industry
- Represent Binance New Zealand at industry events
Requirements
- 5+ years experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Detail and results-orientated, adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic experience in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing software will be a plus
- Interest in Cryptocurrency
- Strong communication skills and an ability to deliver to deadlines
- A bias for results and execution, and the humility and confidence to put team success ahead of self
- Effective project management skills, the ability to think laterally, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are essential.
