What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with your team to handle daily administrative and sales coordination tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless support for the sales team.
- Optimize & Enhance: Monitor and optimize sales processes and collateral for maximum efficiency.
- Problem-Solve: Provide solutions and address issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations across your team and the wider BOP.
- Project Management: Assist and manage integration projects alongside the Integration Manager and team, ensuring alignment with client service plans.
- Drive Innovation: Promote and drive innovation, seeking out smarter ways to improve processes and implementing effective solutions.
- Deadline-Driven: Client-focused and a proactive problem solver.
- Excellent Communicator: Top-notch communication skills to keep managers and colleagues well-informed and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
