We are on the lookout for our Admin here at ZHYE Ltd, a construction company in West Auckland.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a strong work ethic. This role will support various functions within the organization, ensuring smooth operation and effective communication across departments.
You will be working with a small team in the Avondale office who are currently working on a mixture of residential construction projects while also working amongst the companies newest project of manufacturing aluminium windows and doors. Visits on site are also common and is a great way to further your understanding of what is being done.
We are looking for people who:
- are recent graduates.
-New Zealand/Australian citizens
- Good at problem solving and time management.
- Knowledge in Blue Beam and Excel would be a bonus.
- Strong communication and written skills.
We have a full time role available and ready to start.
