Partnership Sales Consultant

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the GRM Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for growing our business by actively engaging with customers referred to us by our network of independent business partners through outbound & inbound calls and written communication.
You will use your communication and negotiation skills to understand the customers' needs and provide them with the right solutions for their insurance.
You will ensure all calls and interactions are of a high-quality standard, delivering the best possible customer experience and building trust with advisers and with their customers.

Setting you up for success
  • You will start with 3 weeks of full-time paid training to get you up to speed. The training will be based at the Auckland Fanshawe office.
  • You will then move onto a rotating roster, working 7.5-hour shifts totaling 37.5 hours a week and on average one weekend day per month. Rosters are set at least 4 weeks in advance to give you certainty in planning your life outside of work.
  • This is a hybrid role


What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Previous sales experience.
  • The drive to work as part of a specialized team
  • Sales driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating beautifully simple and rewarding experiences for customers.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
  • Resilience with the natural ability to embrace and adapt to change.
