About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As an experienced Parts Specialist with Truckstops Dunedin you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking advice on aftermarket parts, as well as providing support to our service technicians within the workshop.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, your focus will be to understand customer needs and deliver the right parts, in a timely manner, while keeping them updated on any changes and delays. You will nurture existing customer relationships and seek opportunity for growth through value-added sales. We embrace LEAN concepts to create more value for customers while optimizing resources.

About You | Mōu
You'll be a technically minded person dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction through collaborative solutions and exceptional service.
You'll also have:

• Ability to build and maintain customer relations and exceed customer expectations.
• Experience in parts such as procurement, product knowledge, stock management, upselling and cross selling, invoicing etc.
• Able to identify, implement and drive Continuous Improvement within the Parts Department.
• Passionate about Health & Safety and not afraid to challenge breaches.
