About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi

Reporting to the Platforms Chapter Lead, the Platform Owner – Planview, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the Enterprise Portfolio and Programme Management platform, a vital component of Fonterra’s technology ecosystem. The Planview platform (Ari) supports key capabilities such as portfolio management, project execution and workforce management across the enterprise.

This role involves a high degree of collaboration with business, IT and vendor stakeholders, requiring you to build platform roadmaps, develop stakeholder engagement strategies and create a cohesive delivery plan that aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the Co-op.

About you | Ko wai koe

You bring a strong background in project and portfolio management with expertise in Planview, or similar applications. Your understanding of this landscape assists you in leveraging the platform capabilities to deliver the greatest value to the co-op.

You excel at building and managing relationships with business stakeholders and collaborating with technology and delivery partners. Your technical expertise and leadership skills allow you to navigate complex environments, ensuring smooth delivery and ongoing improvement.
