Mō te tūranga | About the Role

The Portfolio Head – Everyday Banking Products Transformation is a key leadership role where you will be at the forefront of driving the transformation of Westpac's Everyday Banking products and processes, steering them towards the organisation’s target state. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic change initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the broader product vision and strategy while delivering on intended business outcomes.

As a leader in this position, you will influence and collaborate across Westpac, contributing to the Everyday Banking leadership team. Your expertise in strategy, transformation, and delivery within complex organisations will be essential to your success. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving impactful change and achieving results.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

Strategy, transformation, and delivery experience in complex organisations
Experience leading across a value chain, including driving a high-performance culture for your direct team (within financial services).
Demonstrated experience improving NPS, commercial, risk and people outcomes, including through data driven insights.
Product management, transformation, or technology experience within financial services (10+ years)
High levels of commercial acumen, leadership capability and delivery focus demonstrated through measurable results.
Influencing and relationship building to an Executive level.
