Programme Coordinator - TCO

Mō te tūranga | About the Role
The Programme Coordinator within Delivery as part of Transformation and Customer Operations is a key role providing coordination support of one of more approved Enterprise Change initiatives or workstreams within one of our Critical Transformation Programmes.
  • Support Project and Programme Management. Provide coordination support including collation and preparation of reports and packs for distribution of all programme governance and Steer Co meetings as required. Minuting and managing registers for meetings actions and decisions.
  • Delivery Framework & Governance. Support to ensure adherence to the WNZL delivery framework and ensuring artefacts such as stage gates documents and change requests are maintained in governance repositories.
  • Risk, Issues, Assumptions and Dependency management. Proactively maintain project registers and follow-up on decisions, actions, risks and issues and change requests to ensure appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Stakeholder and Project Communication. Assist with the communications related to project progress, issues and dependencies.
  • Financial Management. Maintain programme financials, including budget tracking, accruals, forecasts and associated reporting.
  • Work with teams to maintain Jira milestones and other Enterprise tools are updated as required.
  • Coordinate project logistics, room bookings, meeting invitations and workshops as needed
  • Ordering of new equipment and organisation of workspaces and onboarding for team members.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of role and as required by the Programme Manager.

  • Understanding of Industry knowledge in which the programme or initiative operates.
