Project Manager (Clinical), Starship Child Health

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join Starship Child Health. This role works collaboratively with services, other improvement specialists and across programmes of work to deliver discrete projects with a focus on improving services and outcomes for mokopuna, whānau and kaimahi. This role will deliver projects, service reviews and improvement initiatives that uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and Ōritetanga (equity). This includes the mitigation of existing bias and the promotion of Māori health equity.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Project management qualification or
o 2+ years of operational experience in healthcare would be ideal
- Change management experience, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Experience in programme and project work – planning, business case development, design, change management, risk management, benefit realisation, communication, reporting and evaluation
- Clinical qualifications and experience are not required but would be welcomed
