WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Tealium is looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Executive to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to acquire, retain, and grow major enterprise accounts in New Zealand. You will excel in this role by clearly articulating the value of Tealium's products and services, consistently delivering repeatable revenue, and fostering positive, long-term client relationships.
You will manage a territory of key accounts within the strategic sector, targeting the largest 100 B2C businesses in New Zealand. The ideal candidate will receive a highly competitive salary package and commission structure.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Qualify, build, and manage a robust sales pipeline, working with up to 100 accounts within your assigned territory. Maintain a high level of activity through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, with a focus on generating new business from both existing customers and new prospects
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects by delivering engaging web and in-person sales presentations that showcase deep product knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Strategically target your territory to close new business, leveraging support staff and providing direction and guidance to your sales prospecting team.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in all products, including understanding the target buyer, product positioning, key benefits, and features. Develop the skills to effectively communicate these benefits to customers. Gain a deep understanding of our products to identify and articulate compelling use cases within target accounts.
  • Ensure complete satisfaction for all prospective customers.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a digital marketing or big data/analytics Saa S environment.
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessment
  • Martech experience is preferred
