Job Description
Join our Customer Care team at Temperzone’s One-Stop-Shop and deliver outstanding customer service! In this role, you’ll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and ensure technical issues are resolved or appropriately referred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle face-to-face, email, and telephone enquiries.
• Advise customers on appropriate parts.
• Escalate technical queries to the Technical Support team.
• Use company designated systems for queries and order processing.
• Provide track and trace services.
• Process orders at the One Stop Shop (counter and telephone).
• Collate information, locate drawings, and email requests for custom parts.
• Set up Return Forms (RMA), advise on restocking fees, and arrange freight.
• Liaise with the Warehouse team for returns and maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Participate in improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards.

Qualifications
What you will bring to the role

• Ability to pick up new systems and skills quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in Wholesale Distribution of electrical, air distribution, or automotive components
• Naturally curious and mechanically minded
• Strong organizational skills and a flare for multitasking
• Record keeping and a computer extraordinaire
• Good team player – bonus points for a good sense of humour
• Strong understanding of safe work practices
