Trainee Learn to Swim Instructor - Casual

Our facilities are vibrant, action-oriented environment - a hub of activity where visitors can play, learn to swim.
About the role
The role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Supporting the instruction of classes on how to swim of varying age groups and levels
- Engaging with and creating a fun and supportive environment for our Learn to Swim Students
- Liaising with parents of children
- Learning and developing fundamental skills to be able to deliver instructed classes solo
About you
- Enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about working with and helping others
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively with all cultures and ages
- Great work ethic and a team player
- Experience working with children and/or adults in an instructing/teaching role advantageous
- Must be 16 years old or up
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Medically fit for employment
- Great communication skills
- Demonstrate strong integrity and high safety awareness
- AUSTswim qualification desirable
