About the Role:
As a Remote Security Dispatcher Intern , you will undergo a rigorous training program to perform the following tasks:
· Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance footage from a remote location.
· Coordinate with onsite security personnel to respond to incidents promptly.
· Ensure staffing and prompt arrival of security personnel to respective work sites
· Communicate real-time information to field personnel, clients and company leadership
· Document and report incidents accurately using dispatch software.
· Work closely with our team to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients.
· Utilize multiple employee and vehicle tracking solutions for real-time monitoring

Eligibility Criteria:

· Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with communication tools (email, messaging platforms).
· Reliable internet connection, stable power supply and conducive environment for uninterrupted remote work setup.
· Available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation / Benefits
(Upon successful completion and selection for full-time, permanent employment

• Salary: N225,000 per month (gross)
• Benefits: Company-sponsored HMO plan for medical and dental service benefits
