Do you have a proven track record of expanding corporate and consumer healthcare solutions in dynamic environments? Rigour+ is looking for a visionary leader to take the helm of our Business Development efforts as we revolutionize healthcare delivery across Nigeria and beyond!

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the expansion of our Corporate and Consumer Business segments, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and client satisfaction.
Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients to drive business objectives.
Market Expansion: Craft and execute strategies for entering and dominating new markets within the telemedicine and digital health space.
Product Innovation: Collaborate with our tech and product teams to enhance our offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with a significant portion spent in Telemedicine or Digital Health sectors.
Startup Experience: Experience working in or with startups is a strong plus, as we value entrepreneurial thinking and agility.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth, establishing key partnerships, and expanding market share in competitive environments.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and grow teams, and oversee complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Visionary Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to foresee market trends and translate them into actionable strategies that align with Rigour+’s long-term vision.
Relationship Builder: Exceptional networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
Monthly Salary: NGN 500,000 (net).
