We are looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead long-term financial planning and risk management initiatives to ensure the company’s sustain
Requirements:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Superior knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and financial analysis.
- In-depth understanding of global financial markets, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
- Expertise in identifying and mitigating financial risks in a global context.
- Deep understanding of the agro commodity
- High ethical standards and commitment to transparency and accountability.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
- Professional certification -CPA, CFA, and ACCA
- Minimum of 10- 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar senior financial leadership role.
- Extensive experience in agro commodity, trading, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial operations in a multinational environment
