Our company is seeking customer support representatives to assist in the handling of customer inquiries. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service and can effectively handle customer complaints related to technical difficulties and website access. Candidates should have a professional and confident demeanor, as well as excellent written communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Call or email customers to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
Follow up on customer requests and problems.
Write or edit documents to accurately reflect an organization's requirements.
Communicate with customers in person, by phone, email, or video chat.
Provide customer service.
Use customer feedback to improve customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦120,500.00 - ₦150,500.00 per month
