Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in-person and online.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our menu, services, and promotions.
- Manage online ordering platforms, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
- Respond to online inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with updating online menus and promotion
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Assist with various restaurant tasks as needed, such as cleaning and food preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computers and online platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
N100,000 Monthly.
