Responsibilities:

• Expertly install lift and elevator systems according to specifications and safety standards.
  
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure elevators operate smoothly and efficiently.
  
• Diagnose and repair any issues with elevator systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.
  
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all elevator systems comply with regulatory standards.
  
• Implement modernization projects and upgrades to improve elevator performance and extend lifespan.
  
• Accurately document all work performed and provide detailed reports for maintenance and repair activities.
  
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree or certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an elevator technician, with expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair.
  
• Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, using diagnostic tools, and performing mechanical and electrical repairs.
  
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to elevator systems.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
  
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
