Job Description (Summary)
As the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will manage the lifecycle of critical enterprise applications within the retail environment, ensuring their availability and alignment with business needs. You will also lead the development of new features and improvements to these systems to maximize performance and user adoption.
Application Management:

• Oversee the lifecycle management of enterprise applications, ensuring Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, and LS Central meet business performance requirements.
• Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of the applications across the retail chain.

Implementation and Enhancement:

• Lead the implementation and deployment of new functionalities and enhancements to enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new features.

Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure applications to meet the unique needs of retail operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
• Enhance usability and effectiveness of the systems for store operations.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance to IT teams and external vendors for the development and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Ensure high standards of technical execution and support.

Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure all enterprise applications comply with industry standards and regulations, including data security and privacy.
• Implement governance frameworks and security measures to protect sensitive data.

User Training and Support:

• Develop comprehensive training programs for store staff to ensure effective use of the applications.
• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enhance user experience and productivity.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Continuously monitor application performance and identify opportunities for system optimization to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 5-7 years of experience in enterprise application management, preferably in retail, with specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, and LS Central.
· Proven track record in project management, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex deployments within timelines and budgets.
· Strong communication and change management skills to lead stakeholders through transitions.
· Experience in vendor management, ensuring adherence to SLAs and negotiating contracts.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
