We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Human Resource Supervisor
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring smooth operation and supervision of staff members within the organization.
- Overseeing the various aspects of the site's day-to-day activities.
- Maintain close work relationship and collaboration with colleagues, PUMs and the business stakeholders.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality, flexibility, proactive, problem-solving skills and knowledge of administrative processes and workplace safety.
- Computer Proficiency & MS Office Suite Knowledge.
N85,000 Monthly.
