Key Responsibilities:

• Service Management: Oversee critical IT services, including network services, VPN, VOIP, endpoint device management, identity and access management, and more.
• IT Automation: Leverage configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet) to automate and streamline IT infrastructure management.
• Network Administration: Manage and monitor network infrastructure components such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Network Tunnels Management: Maintain and manage network tunnels for secure cloud infrastructure connections.
• Compute Node Management: Install, configure, and maintain both on-premise and cloud-based server instances, with a focus on Linux systems.
• Endpoint Device Management: Administer endpoint devices via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) service.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and enhance system performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, procedures, and network configurations.
• Compliance: Ensure IT systems adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, support, and maintenance.
• Project Management: Manage IT projects, service tools, and access request processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
• Proven expertise in server management (Windows, Linux).
• Proficiency in configuration management systems like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, etc.
• Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless technologies).
• Experience with Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and network tunneling technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with PBX-based Vo IP systems like 3CX is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
