Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated interns to join our team in the roles of Project Management and Customer Service. This internship program is ideal for NYSC members and recent Post-NYSC graduates eager to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Successful candidates will support our project management and customer service teams, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support the project management team with documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking project progress.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in project management and customer service.
- Must be an NYSC member or a recent post-NYSC graduate.
- Strong interest in project management and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- NYSC members: ₦100,000 monthly stipend.
- Post-NYSC graduates: ₦150,000 - ₦180,000 monthly salary, based on experience.
