We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Junior HR Officer
Job Location: Mowe-Ibafo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities


  • Manage the sourcing process of factory workers and onboarding
  • Create and manage salary files using Microsoft excel
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and lead workers engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Handle HR documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and its environs
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
