Role Description
Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and optimize machine learning models that drive our business analytics, marketing automation, and social commerce agents. You will collaborate closely with our software engineers, and product teams to turn complex data into actionable insights and scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, and drive growth for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, implement, and refine machine learning models to solve complex problems in business analytics, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
• Data Processing: Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and extract meaningful features for model training and validation.
• Algorithm Optimization: Continuously improve the performance of existing models through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and algorithm selection.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure they align with business goals.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and explore new techniques and tools to enhance our offerings.
• Deployment: Assist in the deployment of machine learning models in scalable environments, ensuring they perform efficiently in production.

Qualifications

• Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Algorithms proficiency
• A deep interest in machine learning, AI, and staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Strong background in Computer Science and Statistics
• Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models
• Knowledge of advanced AI technologies and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
