• Drive projects as needed by coordinating with contractors, accountants, lawyers, and other service providers as needed
• Provide status updates, problem-solve issues on the go, and consistently drive the project forward Project Management
• Lead incubation projects for new business lines started from the family office. Previous business lines have included Nimbel Shaw, our agricultural subsidiary, and Duval Properties, our agricultural subsidiary.
• Work with multiple stakeholders – government, investors, legal, accounting, HR – to build new businesses and create value

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze potential investment sectors and assess their viability and alignment with the family’s goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling for potential investment opportunities, with a focus on real estate opportunities
• Evaluate the financial performance of existing assets and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Establish relationships with investment partners, advisors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and discussions to evaluate potential collaborations and joint ventures.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to secure favorable outcomes for the family office.

• Manage and maintain the deal documentation process
• Organize meetings and summarize call notes
• Assist employees with first-level AV and conference call setup

• Education: The candidate must have a minimum of a second-class upper Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years of operations experience in a similar role.
