*Payroll Specialist (Africa & Europe)*
23.5m-30m NGN per annum
*What we are looking for*
Paystack is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will take full ownership of our employee payroll cycle, ensuring it's full compliance with all the statutory requirements in multiple countries across Africa and Europe. This position will report into the Financial Controller and will be based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll management experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in using software tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge, be analytical and interested in Payroll.
- Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting & tax fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other nice to haves; Previous experience in a big four, top-tier consulting firm, fintech or financial institution.
