Job Summary
Job Description/Requirements
Proven experience managing payroll in multiple African countries and specifically Nigeria.
Expertise in using Sage 300 or Pay Space is required for efficient payroll management
Payroll and Payroll Taxes: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll tax calculations and reporting.
Payroll Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Contract Management: Manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Benefits and Leave Management: Administer employee benefits programs and manage leave policies.
Time and Attendance Management: Oversee the tracking of employee attendance and working hours.
Compensation, Benefits, and Time-Off Policy: Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, including time-off management.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local laws and regulations.
Salary Range: 20m-30m NGN per annum
