Energobuilding Construction Limited (“Energobuilding”) is a company involved in building construction and engineering within Nigeria.


1. Job Title: Project Managers / Interior Architects


2. Location: Company Head Office


3. Group: Commercial Interiors


4. Purpose/Responsibility:
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
Undertake Design Project/Fit Out from concept to completion.
Interpret and translate customer needs and advice on best solution.
Contracts, costings and project fee calculations.
Produce floor plans, furniture layouts and mood boards
Presentations at meetings with clients.
Sourcing and procurement.
Project coordination and supervision.
Perform other allied functions as assigned by the Company.


5. Demands of the Job:
Ability and willingness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision


6. Qualifications:
University Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and any other related field pertaining to the commercial interiors industry.


7. Required Experience:
Minimum of Eight (3) years' work experience in a reputable and well-known Grade A or B Architectural or Interior Design company.


8. Required Personality:
Confident, energetic, articulate and hardworking team player with a desire to excel and a passion for the work.
