Job Position: Purchase Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Purchase Officer with an OND in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail setting and a strong desire to learn and grow, this role is perfect for you!
- Support the purchasing of products and materials required for daily operations.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Help track inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Support the inspection of goods to ensure they meet our standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.
- Be ready to learn and grow in your role, taking on new responsibilities as you develop.
- OND in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year in a retail setting, preferably in a purchasing role.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, good communication, and a willingness to learn.
- Cooperative and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
