The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Business development efforts within a designated region, leading a team of BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVES (BSDs) to achieve sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and efficient management to ensure the success of the team and alignment with the company's goals.
