The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Business development efforts within a designated region, leading a team of BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVES (BSDs) to achieve sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and efficient management to ensure the success of the team and alignment with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional Certifications (Optional)
