Job Position: Remote Telemarketer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Remote)
Job Description
- As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.
- You will engage with prospects, provide information, handle inquiries, and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Your role will be vital in generating leads and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and effectively communicate the benefits of offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and strategies for improvement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas, listen actively, and build rapport with customers.
- Persuasion and Sales Skills: Proficiency in convincing potential customers and closing sales effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation: A focus on understanding customer needs and providing excellent service to enhance their experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection and adjust approaches based on customer feedback and interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.
N50,000 / month.
