Job Position: Restaurant Supervisor

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary matters as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan events, promotions, and other initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
