About the job Software Sales Associate (Saa S)
Our client is a Japanese ICT Start-up looking for a leader to plan strategies, implement them and build relationships with enterprise customers. Their mobile-based sales automation system, aims at changing the way they work at enterprises, strengthening distribution networks in Africa. Starting from 2015, they have been successful in development of the service and acquisition of customers in Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria, with a multinational team from Kenya, Uganda and business in Nigeria, they need you now.
Job Responsibilities
  • Nurture prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to closure.
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
  • Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
  • Meeting monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by the sales team as well as your own prospecting.
  • Build and nurture client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
  • Engage with the Sales and business leadership to coordinate marketing and sales activities.
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years sales / accounts management experience exceeding growth targets.
  • Prior experience in a full-cycle sales experience selling B2B Saa S with an exceptional track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in negotiating and closing Saa S deal sizes.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to use CRM (eg. Salesforce)
  • Results-driven, tenacious and a strong team player.
What to look out for in the candidates
  • Entry level role 1-2 years, maybe 3 years.
  • Must have experience in selling Saa S
  • Must have experience in B2B sales, B2C is not allowed.
  • Must know how to use lead generation tools like Apollo.io, Hubspot and others
  • Must have experience doing presentations and demos for clients
  • Must have a track record of meeting monthly sales target.
  • Must have experience attending networking events.
  • Must have experience in having conversations with decision makers e.g Executives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
