What we are looking for
The VP, Product Management takes a lead role in defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, defining software requirements in the form of user stories, and managing key stakeholders across development, sales & marketing. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and developing high performing teams, leading, and growing the product management team towards high performance, quality&excellence.
Qualifications
✅B.Sc/B.Eng in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related subject areas. A master’s degree is preferred.
✅Experience working in the Fintech industry will be an advantage.
✅Product management certifications (e.g. Pragmatic Institute, Agile Certified Product Manager) or a Master’s degree is preferred.
✅10 years related work experience including experience in one or more of the following areas: Management Consulting, Banking, Fintech, and Technology with 4 years in Leadership capacity
Non-Negotiables
✅10+ years experience in project management, payment switching & processes, process engineering, scrum, software development & IT operations (Dev Ops), software requirements analysis, and service delivery.
✅10 years related work experience including experience in one or more of the following areas: Management Consulting, Banking, Fintech, and Technology with 4 years in Leadership capacity
✅Product management certifications (e.g. Pragmatic Institute, Agile Certified Product Manager) or a Master’s degree is preferred.
