Content Coordinator | Temporary

We are looking to fill a temporary position, due to paternity leave in our team. The right candidate will be responsible for coordinating content and projects within the marketing team, and translate/transcreate content for our website, newsletters and other media. Having experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Facebook Ads and other marketing tools is a plus but not a requirement.
The position is set to last until mid-April 2025 with possibility of extension. Our aim is to provide you with an opportunity to develop your communication skills in an exciting environment. The position is reporting directly into the Head of Marketing for Norway.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys collaboration, is proactive and self-starting as well as someone who can embrace and adapt to change.
What you'll do
You will coordinate, plan and execute activations adhering to the marketing plan as well as initiating, creating and translating/transcreating copy content that attracts people to our brand through web, So Me and CRM.
- Collaborate with local advertising/media agency and Polestar HQ to develop and act on our creatives/media plan.
- Maintain platform guidelines
- Other assignments might be applicable based on your skills and knowledge.

Ultimately, you should be able to drive all marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives as a team. You have a result driven mindset and you are passionate and enthusiastic about sustainability. For this possition you need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills: a collaborative ethos with a can-do attitude and ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships.
To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or digital technologies
- Preferably some experience within Marketing and/or Digital
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage project tasks, timelines and communications and especially adapt well to change.
- Proven experience creating and reviewing copy, creative and campaigns, and have a sound understanding of multiple marketing channels and tactics.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Native and/or fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
